MARIO T. MANANGHAYA
President & CEO, Chairman of the Board

Mario's preceding major role was being Chairman and Managing Partner of KPMG Laya Mananghaya & Co. for several years until his retirement in 2007 when the firm then had about 500 professionals. Prior to KPMG, he retired as Head of Audit Practice of SGV & Co., a member firm of Arthur Andersen & Co. He is a Certified Public Accountant with post graduate studies from Harvard Business School and Asian Institute of Management.

Mario also had several years of being an executive and director in the telecommunication business. He is also currently a member of the Board of Directors and advisor to the management of several multinational and national companies operating in the Philippines.

ANTONIO G. PEDRO
Chief Finance Officer, Member of the Board of Directors

Tony is a Certified Public Accountant and is the Chief Finance Officer of Ritzen. He has previously assumed chief finance officer role in major multinational and local companies including KPMG Laya Mananghaya & Co., Pilipinas Makro, Edward Keller, among others. He has completed Management Development Program from the Nijenrode University in The Netherlands, Columbia University in New York, and Sundridge Park Management Center in United Kingdom.

IMELDA L. FUNDALES
General Officer Director, Member of the Board of Directors

Imelda is director of general office administration. She is responsible for human resources recruitment and development. She was formerly the Executive Office manager for KPMG Laya Mananghaya from 1996 to 2007.

Imelda is a management course graduate of a Philippine university. She has extensive training in executive skills. She has attended various development courses in human resource management, administration, and marketing.
